  • Unfinished Business:
    1. Our question of the MDNR re: Three Bedroom Limit for STR in the Natural Rivers area has been answered. Review email and discuss next steps.
  • New Business:
    1. Discussion of Township Holiday Hours for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years time periods.
    2. Snow Plowing Bids: Opening and Discussion/Acceptance
    3. Neumann to discuss orderly transition and swearing of new Board Members on November 20 per State Law. Discuss plans for transition training for new board members.
    4. Neumann to nominate current Planning Commission members Sally Brand and Jan Orin to new terms ending 12/12/2027 and 12/12/2026 respectively. Vote to be held on these nominations.
    5. Clerk to present a revised Lovells Township Facilities Rental Agreement for consideration. This is driven by recent issues which are not adequately covered with the current contract.
