• American Rescue Plan Act: Discussion on reassignment of funds from Fire/EMS Project to other Projects
• New Business:

1. Review and discuss recommendations from Parks and Rec Committee
2. Snow Plowing Bids
3. Thanksgiving/ Christmas Schedule for Lovells Township Hall: Proposed Noon closure Wednesday before Thanksgiving and 3 PM Closure Thursday December 21, 2023 through to Tuesday January 2, 2024 when normal operating hours will commence.
4. Discussion on fee for “Double Cremains” internment. Sexton recommends we retain $60 for a single and $100 for a “double”.
5. Discussion on changing STR process from our current Special Use Permit to a Licensing Ordinance system.
6. Discussion and decision on future of surveillance camera system in light of recent state mandates.
